Exceptional! Our booths are professional studio cameras in disguise. Each booth uses a DSLR camera paired with professional studio strobe lighting (not the basic ring lights most booths rely on), so your photos come out crisp, beautifully lit, and flattering every time.
Prints are produced on professional DNP printers in seconds, on premium photo paper that's smudge- and water-resistant.
Our standard prints are 2×6 strips and 4×6 photos in your choice of glossy or matte finish. Larger formats 5×7, 6×8, and even panoramic prints (great for big group shots and branded corporate pieces) are available on request. Guests also get the high-resolution digital versions in your online gallery to download and share.

Yes, every photo from your event is uploaded to a private online gallery, with an optional password if you'd like to keep it just for your guests. From there, you and your guests can view, download, and share every shot, including straight to social media, and the high-resolution digital images are all yours to keep. At the event itself, guests can also share their photos instantly by text or email when WiFi is available so the fun spreads in real time, with the full gallery waiting afterward.

Absolutely. Branding is one of our specialties, and we do it all in-house for true colour accuracy. We can fully brand your experience with custom photo print templates, a branded start screen and on-screen graphics, a custom booth wrap, and a backdrop designed to match your event. Because we produce our own props and signage in-house, cut from durable PVC board and finished with premium 3M vinyl printed on our Mimaki for exact colour matching, your logos and brand colours come out spot-on rather than "close enough." We can also capture guest emails or phone numbers for your marketing. It's why brands like American Express, Sephora, Michael Kors, TIFF and Meta trust us with their activations.

We recommend booking 4 to 6 weeks ahead to secure your date, and earlier for peak wedding and holiday season, which fills up first. But don't worry if your event is coming up fast: we handle last-minute and rush bookings all the time, and we've booked Saturday weddings off calls that came in just days before. We're often the company brides and wedding planners call when their original photo booth provider has bailed, and depending on availability we can frequently cover same-day or next-day requests. If your date is soon, reach out and we'll do everything we can to make it happen.

A 25% retainer secures your date, with the remaining balance due 10 days before your event. Our preferred payment methods are cheque and e-transfer, and we also accept credit cards (a 3% processing fee applies).
All payments are non-refundable. If you cancel more than one week before your event, any amount you've paid, including a full balance, is held as a credit valid for one year toward a future booking. Cancellations within one week of the event are non-refundable, as we're already in active preparation by then, though we may extend a credit on a case-by-case basis. Payment for any custom items, such as branded wraps, custom backdrops, or custom props, must be made in full before we produce them.

Snaptique is based in Mississauga and serves Toronto and the entire Greater Toronto Area, including Markham, Brampton, Vaughan, Scarborough, Oakville, Burlington, Richmond Hill, Hamilton, St. Catharines, Lincoln, Niagara, Waterloo, Kitchener, and Muskoka. We also operate coast to coast, with teams in Ottawa, Montreal, Vancouver, Calgary, and Regina. In most cases we can bring a booth almost anywhere in Canada, so even if your city isn't listed here, just ask, chances are we can cover it.

Delivery, setup, and teardown are included for events within our standard service area. For venues further out, a travel fee may apply, which we'll always quote upfront before you book.

Yes. Snaptique operates coast to coast, with teams in Ottawa, Montreal, Vancouver, Calgary, and Regina in addition to our Toronto and GTA base. We regularly run nationwide brand activations and multi-city events across Canada, and we have the capacity to run simultaneous events in multiple cities on the same day, something we've delivered for brand clients who need a consistent experience nationwide. Wherever your event is, get in touch and we'll make it happen.

We've got you covered. We keep a close eye on the forecast leading up to your event and help you make a backup plan well in advance. If you've booked one of our mobile trailer booths (the Airstream, VW Bus, or Boler), the photo booth inside can be converted to our indoor Vintage setup if the weather turns, so your guests never miss out. To arrange this, we just ask that you let us know at least 24 hours before your event, so we have time to prepare the alternative setup.
For any outdoor event, we also ask that there's a level surface, access to power, and some cover from direct sun or rain.
If you're worried about the weather, reach out and we'll talk through the options to keep everything running smoothly.

Our booths comfortably fit 1 to 12 guests at once using a 10-foot-wide backdrop, and with a bit of creativity we've squeezed in as many as 18 for a group shot. For setup, we just need access to a standard power outlet, a level area roughly 10 by 10 feet for the booth and backdrop, and access to your venue about an hour before start time so everything's ready to go when your guests arrive. Each booth's specific space needs are listed on its page, so if you're tight on room, just check your booth or ask us and we'll find a setup that works.
